Cameras are located over food preparation area and transmit in real-time to monitors mounted on floor and ceiling of dining area. Visitors and workers in the restaurant can see the preparation of food throughout all of its stages. Sound from the stove area is transmitted to the restrooms of the restaurant giving a low sound of the cooking of food and the movement of the pots and pans.
